Breaking: Tribunal Nullified Bayelsa Election
The Bayelsa state election petition Tribunal has nullified the election of Governor Duoye Diri of Bayelsa State and his deputy.
In a majority judgment delivered by Justice Musa who presided over the tribunal, the tribunal held that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, unlawfully excluded the petitioner and the ANDP Candidate 
from the gubernatorial election in the state.
A dissenting judgment is at about now going on by one of the members of the Tribunal.
